These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands Commercial Court. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site and Services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
